Heritage goes to hotelier but locals lose out | Bangkok Post: opinion

The Treasury Department, the landlord of the property, is amending a contract it awarded the property developer to include some major obligations: that it regenerate the structure and incorporate conservation efforts into its project to reinvent the heritage building.
